June 11, 2026 – v2.0.3 beta 2

Scheduling, notifications, Copilot, and lead email threads after public beta

Added

  • Lead email threads now live on each lead profile, with inbound and outbound messages grouped into chronological conversations by subject.
  • Inbound email replies can create CRM activity, trigger workflow automations, preserve attachment metadata, and route to the correct tenant from the receiving address.
  • Manual email replies now keep customer responses in the same conversation thread and save outbound messages back to the lead record.
  • AI reply drafting is available from lead email context, with optional AI auto-reply rules, custom instructions, and quiet hours in messaging settings.
  • Each appointment type can now own its own weekly availability schedule, seeded from company business hours when created.
  • Company business hours are now managed from Account settings and used as the fallback for scheduling decisions.
  • CRM Copilot now checks real availability before suggesting appointments, resolves appointment types by name or ID, and shows next available slots when a requested time is unavailable.
  • Campaign completion reports and periodic CRM digest emails can now summarize account activity, wins, bottlenecks, and follow-up opportunities when enabled.
  • Notification settings now support CC and BCC lists for internal digest emails.

Changed

  • Calendar settings now focus on appointment-type availability, while company-wide business hours live under Account settings.
  • Copilot scheduling previews now explain blocked weekend requests and offer available weekday alternatives instead of guessing a time.
  • Legacy scheduling proposals are now validated against availability before showing a booking action card.

Fixed

  • Improved dark-mode contrast in calendar and appointment-type dialogs.
  • Call, chat, meeting, campaign, and digest notifications now respect account-level notification toggles.

Upgrade notes

  • Review company business hours and appointment-type availability after upgrading.
  • Campaign and periodic digest reports are off by default; enable them in notification settings if you want AI-generated emails.
  • Refresh Copilot account context so scheduling questions include appointment type IDs and current availability rules.
  • To use inbound email, configure receiving on your chosen email domain, register the inbound webhook, and save the signing secret in Messaging settings. AI auto-reply remains off by default.

  • Messaging expanded with live provider paths, message history, inbound message handling, templates, campaign SMS setup, lead-page SMS threads, and provider-agnostic in-call SMS.
  • Billing moved to a credit ledger with grant, subscription, and purchased pools; checkout, customer portal, credit packs, plan tiers, low-balance warnings, and admin grants are now surfaced clearly.

  • Removed the template editor from Integrations in favor of domain and sending configuration.

  • Review existing automations and move key follow-up logic into the Workflow Automations hub.
