About

We built DialWise because every missed call was money walking out the door. Service business owners shouldn't have to choose between the job site and the phone. DialWise AI runs your front office: calls, chat, follow-ups, and CRM, so you can focus on the work that pays.

The CRM for owners who can't afford voicemail

Most CRMs assume you have a front desk. DialWise assumes you're on a ladder, in a consult, or driving between jobs when the phone rings.

Why we built DialWise

Our mission

Our mission is simple: make sure a service business never loses a customer to a missed call. The best shops in any trade are built on showing up. Picking up the phone, calling people back, remembering the customer who called last spring about the same leak. The hard part was never caring about that. It's holding onto it once the jobs start stacking up.

The problem we kept seeing

When you start out, you do everything yourself. You answer every call, you know every customer by name, you remember what they need before they finish the sentence. But you can't be on a ladder and on the phone at the same time. With the tools most owners are handed, getting busier means calls slip to voicemail, leads pile up in a spreadsheet nobody dials, and the follow-up you meant to send lives in your head until it's gone. Growing quietly costs you the very thing that made you good.

What we're building

We believe the best service businesses will run on a front office that never sleeps. One that answers every call in seconds, captures leads from your site at midnight, runs the follow-ups on its own, and logs every conversation so anyone on your team can pick up where the last one left off. That's what we're building at DialWise: a system that makes a one-person shop sound as staffed as a company ten times its size, so you can get back to the work that pays, and home in time for dinner.

Our Story

Who we build for

Phone-heavy service businesses where the owner still answers after-hours calls, or pays the price when they don't.

The problem we kept seeing

Missed calls at dinner. Leads in a spreadsheet nobody dialed. Follow-ups that slipped because everyone was on a job site.

What we built

One system: AI phone employees, website chat, workflow automations, and CRM Copilot, one customer record behind all of it.

What changes for owners

More booked appointments. Fewer angry "I called three times" messages. Monday mornings that start with work done, not a voicemail pile.

What we stand for

How we build DialWise

Every feature ships because an owner needed it, not because a roadmap template said so.

Owners first

If it doesn't help someone on a job site catch a 9pm call, it doesn't ship.

Proof over promises

Live test calls on every demo. Real recordings, real bookings, real CRM data.

One record per customer

Calls, chats, texts, and notes in one timeline, not three apps duct-taped together.

Straight answers

Clear pricing. No surprise add-ons. Support that knows your workflow.

Results

Owners who stopped finding out from angry customers

They used to hear "I called three times and nobody answered." Now they hear "I booked online last night."

Weekend emergency calls used to hit voicemail and we lost the job to whoever picked up first. DialWise answers in seconds, books the appointment on our calendar, and texts us the details. Our team stopped playing backup receptionist and actually gets evenings back.

A little bit about our founder

Etai Fishler

Etai Fishler built DialWise after more than a decade working across sales, marketing, and full-stack development. Lately that work has leaned into AI, mostly for service businesses that needed phones answered and leads tracked without hiring another person at the desk.

The pattern was familiar. Capable shops kept losing jobs when a call went to voicemail after hours, or when follow-up lived in someone's notes instead of the CRM.

He started in 2012 in quality assurance and as a T-3 engineer at a high-tech manufacturer building hardware and software for global brands such as PMI, JTI, and Tata. Since 2014 he has worked with small and mid-sized businesses on websites, marketing, automation, and lead systems, often as both strategist and the person writing the code.

If missed calls or sloppy follow-up sound familiar, book a demo and bring a real example from your business.
